Instructions to make Prawn Spicy Varuval:
- Add oil in pan. Add sliced Onion + Spices + Fennel seeds + Dried Chilli + Curry leaves. Stir and cook until onion turn glassy and aromatic..
- Add in cleaned prawn. Stir amd mix well. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. (Dont add water).
- Add in all the spice powders. Saute. Add salt to taste. Mix well. Cook until oil breaks. (Keep sttiring) add in lemon juice. Mix well. Cook for 5 more minutes. (gravy should look dry and oil should separate).
