  3. Next heat a tbsp oil in a pan with a lid (I used the lid of my le creuset and a frying pan) over a medium / high heat and add the gyozas. Cook for a minute or two until the base is golden brown. Then add around a quarter of a cup of water and place the lid on top of the pan to allow the gyozas to steam for about 3 mins..
  4. Remove from the pan and serve with a mixture of soy sauce and sesame oil, or whatever sauce you fancy..
